Ford Escort Cosworth bonnet (carbon or fibreglass)

These “Road spec” bonnets are a direct replacement, full replica inside and out, supplied ready to bolt-on. The fit is perfect and they weigh around a third of the original steel item. Available in:

A) Fully carbon (4.8kg)
B) 'Standard carbon' (carbon fibre outer/fibreglass inner frame) (5.5kg)
C) Fully fibreglass (7.5kg).

The carbon fibre is finished in a high-gloss clear coat, showing off the 2x2 twill carbon fibre weave. (3k, aerospace grade). Dry carbon is vacuum bagged and resin-infused, to ensure zero air bubbles and the lightest possible part.

The fibreglass is finished in a high-gloss black.

All of these bonnets can be painted if required.

Our bonnets are all made-to-order (can take 2 weeks to dispatch), which means you can choose how light/strong you’d like them to be. Just let us know your preferences and special requirements when ordering.
