Jay approached Performance-Trim with a brief spec - he wanted a Berg-cup style diffuser for his mk1 Polo. Not only did it have to look the part, it had to work aeordynamically too.

After measuring up the clearances under the car, we turned to the computer and CAD modelled the design.

Once the design was finalised, the male 'plug' was hand crafted in MDF, before production moulds could be made and finally the part itself.

The diffuser was designed to fit the mk1 Polo, but also many other small hatchbacks - golfs and fiestas included, so now everyone can order this custom piece of kit.
