www.PERFORMANCE-TRIM.com is a retail trading name of Mulsanne Sports Cars Ltd, a company registered in England number 5000865. We are a UK-based company that fully complies with UK consumer law. This means that you can rely on us to offer a fair service, with our customers and reputation at the top of our priorities. The Terms and Conditions that follow do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
At www.PERFORMANCE-TRIM.com we believe in making our postage costs as fair as possible, providing the best possible service for our UK and International customers. We have preferred couriers and export companies who we feel offer the best combination of service and value for money. If you'd like to organise your own shipping method, please call to discuss.
UK
City-link delivers the majority of our products within the UK. This service operates on weekdays between 9am and 6pm, and will require a signature on delivery. Should you be unavailable to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left with details for arranging a further drop, or collection from your local city-link depot. Further deliveries, including Saturday deliveries, are available at cost.
Small and inexpensive items are sent via Royal Mail's Recorded, Signed-For delivery service.
Parcel Force and DHL are often used, where they offer preferable pricing to remote and non-mainland regions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are dispatched using Parcel-Force, DHL or Fed-EX, depending on the destination and size of package. We must provide a shipping quote for your order before you can complete the check-out process. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping method if preferred.
COLLECTION
Collection from our Factory is welcome, subject to prior arrangement. Please call us with your requirements.
DELIVERY TIMES
Many parts that are made-to-order will have varying dispatch times that depend on the manufacturability of the part and the current workload in the factory. Estimated dispatch times are given in each item description, but it is always best to call us for a more accurate idea, or to notify us of any deadlines you aim to meet. We aim to dispatch all stock items within 48 hours.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS (GENERAL)
Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched for up to 7 days from receipt. You do not have to give any specific reason for the return of such goods, even if you've ordered the wrong thing or you simply don't like what you've ordered! As you can see, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they're not what you expected.
We insist that all returns are still in undamaged original packaging (where applicable) and that the goods themselves are undamaged, unused, and still saleable as new items. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on goods returned outside these parameters.
We are not able to refund postage and packaging charges, both from and to ourselves, under any circumstances.
Return of goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and is at their expense.
RETURN OF CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PARTS
The majority of our products are made-to-order, to your exacting specifications. Such products include, but are not exclusive to; bonnets, wings, roof-skins, doors, tailgates and interior trims. As these items are made specifically to your requirements, we are not obliged to accept these items as returns for refund or exchange unless they are damaged in transit or otherwise fail to meet the descriptions under which they were sold. Please speak to us before ordering if you’re in any doubt about which specification of part is most suited to your car.
DAMAGED GOODS
Parts found to be damaged in transit will be refunded under the liability of the courier company. All parts should be inspected for damage before they are accepted from the courier. It is important that you notify the courier immediately and notify us within 48 hours of receiving any damaged parts.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you make an online order, we need to know your name, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and any other associated details. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders, and to notify you about your order status. A telephone number is required in case we need to contact you. For international orders, this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods. We promise not to pass any of this information or details on to third parties for profit or otherwise. We will occasionally send you emails containing information about our new products and special offers. You are able to ‘opt out’ of receiving these during registration, or by following the instructions at the end of such emails.
LIABILITY
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, but can ultimately accept no responsibly for any loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of fitting our products to your vehicle. It is your responsibility in modifying your vehicle to ensure that any such aftermarket parts are fit for purpose.
